  Check-in was simple enough, using Premier Inn's automated check-in system, however, all that was required was the surname of the booking, making it feel somewhat insecure. Also the system gave no directions as to where the room was located and there was no staff member around to point us in the correct direction. We followed the corridor towards some rooms before being told by another guest that we needed to go back and head towards the toilets and turn just before them, no signs to say this in reception and once a staff member did show up there was still no help offered. Once in the room the facilities were as expected but only one small hand towel was provided for two guests which was stained and tatty and one of the two large towels was also stained. We tried to raise the issue in the morning on check-out, however once again, there was no one in reception to speak to. Far from the best Premier Inn.

  The Premier Inn was a good one it was quiet which was surprising since it was next a busy motorway. The premier inn could have done with a better bar but there were plenty of restaurants around the hotel to compensate this

  Stayed here a couple of times, very pleasantly situated on the Medway. New hotel. Free wifi . Five minutes drive into Rochester. With a view of the bridge where the M2 runs. Cinema nearby.
